At Website Stylers, every project is approached with a focus on the final result. We believe both parties share responsibility in achieving a successful outcome. Refunds are considered only when no mutual resolution can be reached.

Before requesting a refund, please write to us at hi@websitestylers.com for a final discussion. Refund claims should only be made if a mutual solution is not found.

All collected information is used solely to improve our services and communicate with clients. You can opt out of future communications anytime by emailing or writing to us.

Terms of the Policy:

• All cancellation requests must be communicated to our Billing Department or your Account Manager.
• Requests made within 12 hours of placing the order and before project execution begins will be considered.
• Website Stylers is not responsible for third-party services such as hosting or content writing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. For monthly contracts, payment for the next month is released only after reviewing current performance. We make no guarantees regarding traffic or rankings and are not responsible for related refund claims.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the unfinished portion of the project as per the proposal. Website Stylers is not responsible for indirect losses or project delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Processing of Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 180 business days of cancellation using the agreed payment method — either via cheque or credit card refund.

Changes:

Website Stylers reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website implies your acceptance of any changes made.
